All our clients and family members meet with out Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure that all their needs are addressed and that the client is paired with a caregiver that is kind, caring and compassionate. We want our clients and their families to be a part of the process when selecting a caregiver.
For your safety and peace of mind, all of our caregivers:
- Are fully screened and have a police background check,
- Are bonded,
- Are provided with workers compensation and liability insurance,
- Are fully covered by Comfort & Care of Wallingford for all insurance and taxes.

Once a caregiver is selected, our office continues the personalized service by staying in touch with our clients, their families and our caregivers by telephone and spontaneous home visits.
