Description of Services and Rates
Our prices include professional liability, worker's compensation, and bonding. We pay all taxes required by the IRS. Prices are based per hour or as noted. Special rates apply on certain holidays.[3]
Companion: $15.00-$16.50 per hour
Companion services are home-based supervision and monitoring activities which assist and/or instruct an individual in maintaining a safe environment when the person is unable to do so themselves.
Duties: Our staff will provide a safe and comfortable environment, assist with phone calls and correspondence, provide recreational activities and friendly conversation, assist with errands and supervise activities as directed such as: taking medication, dressing, etc. [1]Can provide transportation of client to physician, recreation, activities, etc. Other duties (not to exceed 20% of time): meal preparation, planning, shopping, light housekeeping and laundry.
Homemaker: $16.50-$17.50 per hour
Homemaker services are general activities provided in the home to assist and/or instruct an individual in managing their household.
Duties: Meal preparation, planning and shopping, maintain medicinal schedules, errands, laundry, vacuuming, dusting, changing linens, washing dishes, washing floors. [1]Can provide transportation of client to physician, shopping, visits, etc.
Personal Care: $17.50-$18.75 per hour
This service includes everything our Homemaker service provides. Additionally, this service directly assists individuals with personal hygiene if they have a chronic and stable medical condition. [2]
Duties: Maintain medicinal schedules, bathing, dressing, feeding, toilet activities, meal preparation, planning and shopping, errands, laundry, vacuuming, dusting, changing linens, washing dishes, washing floors. [1]Can provide transportation of client to physician, shopping, etc.
Chore: $19.00 per hour
Chore services are general activities that may be needed in the home to assist clients with more detailed homemaking chores around the home.
Duties: Assist with cleaning of appliances, changing curtains, light yard work, heavy-duty house cleaning, windows, turn mattress, etc.
Highly Skilled Chore: $26.00 per hour
Highly skilled chore service provides our clients with the option of using our service for heavy lifting in the home.
Duties: Assist with cleaning of basements, removal of trash, packing boxes, moving furniture, transportation and moving from one location to another, minor repairs for the home.
Overnight Companion: $14.00-$15.00 per hour
A monitoring service during the late evening and early morning hours.
Duties: Individual will be on call when needed during the late evening and early morning hours.
Live-In Companion: $175.00-200.00 per day
Our live-in service provides 24 hour round the clock supervision with continuous monitoring, coordination of daily living. We can delay or help prevent institutionalization by providing this service.
Duties: Provide a safe, comfortable and stable environment, assist with phone calls and recreational activities, assist with errands, supervise and monitor an individual during the performance of daily activities such as: meal preparation and consumption, dressing, personal hygiene, laundry and simple household chores, evening/night-time monitoring to ensure safety, assist with maintaining medicinal schedules.
Notes:
[1] $0.40 per mile will be charged for all client transportation.
[2] A physicians note must be provided stating that the client is chronic and stable.
[3] Special rates apply on the following company holidays so as to compensate our caregivers accordingly:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
