Dear Linda and Staff:
I can never thank you enough for the dinner and extremely generous care that you give to me. It is far more than anyone has ever done for me. I will never forget this for the rest of my life. Your kindness in thinking of me and I will now be able to do things for myself which I could not have done otherwise. God bless you and reward you for being so good to me.Rosemarie Kowalski, Wallingford
Linda:
Thank you so much for all you and everyone at Comfort and Care did to get our Aunt to the level she is at. You and "your girls" were exactly what she needed after her stroke. The encouragement and support provided, got her to become independent. I truly appreciate how responsive you were to any situation that arose. I hope that she continues to stay independent for years to come. But if she does need some help, I know exactly where to turn. With lots of love and appreciation, Mary Underwood, Wallingford
Dear Linda, Beth and Staff:
Words cannot express my gratitude for all that you do for my mom, you have created a new world of friendship for her. You give more than Comfort and Care; you give sensitivity, love and a new outlook on life. You go above and beyond and she loves all of you as family and we do too. With love, Rosa DeLauro, New Haven
Linda:

To whom it may concern at Comfort & Care of Wallingford:
Having lived in Ashler Village for over eight years, I have gotten to see and to know several clients. Never realizing that I would have the need myself. I have had the services of three of your employees and it was my good fortune to have these three fine young ladies. Each has their own personality, always cheerful, cooperative and always available when needed and very efficient. It is almost impossible for me to believe that I have been fortunate to have gotten such capable and wonderful young ladies. Each would have to be given an A+. Assuming that all of your aides live up to the high standards of these young ladies, I would have no problem recommending your company.Respectfully, James DeAngelis, Wallingford
Linda:
It was so nice to meet you and your employees. What a great group! Thanks again for all that you do to support the Alzheimer's Association and the people affected by Alzheimer's.Pamela Howard, Director of Development Alzheimer's Association of Connecticut
I am writing this letter to express my appreciation that there is an organization such as Comfort & Care of Wallingford to assist those in need of such important tasks. I am thankful from the bottom of my heart for my helper Shavone. I rate her as "A+"; she is also a good person. I am also thankful for your representative Connie who calls me to check in on me to see if everything is going alright.
Yours Truly, Carmelina Carta
This letter is in reference to Arlene. Arlene has been attending to my needs for over a year and I would like to let you know what a wonderful person she is. Arlene is always very pleasant when she arrives at my home. She will take on any task that I ask of her and clean my home thoroughly. She always goes shopping for me and never complains. Arlene is a great person and I enjoy having her as my home care person. She is an honest person and I will never forget her friendship and kindness.
Thank you, Sebastian DiMauro
I feel a strong responsibility to say a few things about Carol, who is with my mother five days a week. She is a GODSEND and is by far, the most reliable and trusting person among a list of people who visit my mother for a variety of reasons on a regular basis. In the busy world my sister and I live in, it's more than a "comfort" to KNOW that between 12:30 and 4:30 our Mom is with someone in whom we have total confidence and whose company she enjoys so much! Carol is the most responsible person we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, reminding of us of important items in the house that need to be replenished, informing us of potential repairs that may need our attention, and even "letting us in" on what she thinks may be a good Mother's Day gift! Carol is the longest single person who has been watching our Mom since that need arose. Others have come and gone and, as I'm sure you realize, continuity is so important since Mom has dementia. Morning and evening people continue to change, which puts those experiences into a reverse mode for a while before being able to move forward again. The afternoon situation (with Carol) is wonderful and stable! My sister and I both agree that Carol is one of our most important assets in our ongoing efforts to help Mom retain her high quality of life which, thankfully, she continues to enjoy. We are extremely grateful for her kindness and dedication.
Sincerely, Judy McGrath
